Members
who wish to attend the seminar will have to pay RM80.00 (inclusive of
four
meals, hotel accommodation on a twin sharing basis and transportation). Kindly pay the said sum to the Society by 23rd
June, 2006. The sum of RM80.00 is non
refundable . Payments shall be made by cheque or money order in favour
of
Koperasi Guru Pulau Pinang Berhad. Registration shall be on a first come first served basis as sixty (60) places are
available only.
Members
who have booked and subsequently unable to attend may transfer the
booking to
another member. Any change in name must
be submitted to the office not later than two weeks before the seminar.
The
topic for the seminar is “Memahami Laporan Tahunan” and it will be
conducted by
an experienced lecturer, Puan Indar Kaur from Maktab Kerjasama Malaysia.
